At least in Taiwan, they paint the cross on the road… but clearly, just as in China, no one seems to take much notice of the rules that are meant to make us safe on the road. Almost like India!!!
I have a funnier incident… A clever middle aged Italian woman ditched me to look for her YOUTH hostel in Vietnam. The price of taxi remains the same regardless of the number of passengers so she got a free ride :joy:
